というわけで、
以前よく利用させて頂いた、
大衆ビストロポテが、昨今続くコロナ禍の影響からか
業態変更したということで、行ってきました。
最近店舗数が増えている、人気のラーメン店
からみそラーメンふくろうの多治見店として
リニューアルされてました。
場所は同じで、店主も同じ、若干カウンター席が
新たに作られてラーメン屋っぽく生まれ変わっていました。
昼は、からみそラーメンふくろうとして営業して、
夜は、ふくろうプラス、以前の大衆ビストロ時代に
人気であったメニューが居酒屋メニューとして、
注文できるようでした。
その居酒屋メニューから、
ハニーチーズ豆腐のブルスケッタ140円/1個
エビ・タコ・ブロッコリーのマリネ590円
ほんのり甘いにんじんのマリネ290円
大衆ビストロポテ時代と、なんら変わらないお味。
ラーメン屋ですが、大衆ビストロ感じます。
〆は
安定の、
ふくろうのからみそラーメン。
なんとなく、ビストロ的なふくろうラーメン
な気がしてきます。
事前予約で、大衆ビストロポテ時代のような
飲み放題付きのコース予約もしているということ。
〆にはふくろうからみそラーメンなコースも
なかなか斬新でいい。
