土岐と中津川の幹線道路沿いにそれぞれ展開するラーメン店ですが30分待ちの味噌ラーメンの人気店。
◆土岐味噌ラーメン
麺は中太、竜吟の滝の水を使うなど地元素材にこだわった地元の味噌ベースの濃いめのスープに、粗挽きの胡椒がアクセントを加えます。
特に説明もなくトッピングされてるモツ煮は味付けなしのプレーンな味。ここの運営元が飯田の会社だから「おたぐり」なのかも。
スープが十分濃いので問題にはならないでしょう。
◆岐阜唐揚げ
ライスとのセットメニュー。
大きめの唐揚げ2つに、衣は固めでカリカリ。ご飯が進みます。
◆プリン
デザートとして注文。ふんわり濃厚生クリームとカラメルソースの苦味が味にアクセントを加えます。
総じて満足度高いと思います。
