岐阜県多治見市にあるカレー店「スパイスファクトリー あべべ」。
こちらの「スパイスファクトリー あべべ」は、現時点で、食べログ点数3.06ながら、食べログ「多治見市」ランキング第272位にランクインする。約700軒中、第272位である。また、食べログ「多治見市【カレー】」ランキングにおいては、第7位である。やがて、口コミが集まるにつれ、きっと、点数は少しずつ上がっていくことだろう。
ランチにて訪れた。
店は、JR「多治見駅」の東方面にある。駅からは歩いて、およそ3、4分ほどの距離。
店へ到着。カレー屋さんであり、かつ、カレーパンの販売を行っていることを示す看板を見つつ、入店。休日の1217の時点で、先客は1組。カウンターへ着席。
メニューを確認。本日は「1種盛りカレー」を注文。1000円（税込み）。カレーの種類を、5種類の中から指定した。また、ドリンクを選択。
～ランチ～
●1種盛りカレー・ほろほろチキンのマッサマン
●アイスコーヒー
先行して、アイスコーヒーが到着。その後、メイン料理がやって来た。ココナッツベースの美味しいカレーを食べることが出来た。辛さが無いカレーのようであり、必要に応じ、カウンター上の「追い辛スパイス」の使用を提案された。強い辛さが苦手な私にとっては、甘ささえも感じる、クリーミーなこのカレーでもちょうど良い。
もちろん、味変を試すべく、追い辛スパイスの使用にもチャレンジ。クミンシード、ターメリックパウダー、ガーリックフレーク、レモングラスカット、シナモンスティック、そして、ローストオニオンなどが入ったガラス瓶の前で、上出来の料理を味わった。
なお、ハキハキと対応される男性スタッフの丁寧な接客が印象に残る。素晴らしい。人気店でいられる大きな要素の1つだろう。おかげで、美味しいランチが、さらに美味しく食べられた。
多治見駅近くに店を構え、こだわりのカレーを日々提供。この先に展開にも、期待をしている。機会があれば、また訪問する。
