Pick it in moderation and drink it to satisfy your hunger. Conveniently, it can also be used as a curry Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). Tonight, I had chilli garlic edamame, 3 types of achar, and assorted 5 types of sausage for appetizers. Chili garlic edamame has the atmosphere of anchovy edamame. The spiciness is moderate, but the garlic flavor enhances the drink. It's sometimes called edamame, but it's a side dish that goes well with draft beer. Speaking of which, the same goes for sausage. It's not homemade, so of course it's delicious. There's no reason it wouldn't go well with beer, and it also goes well with a highball. The three types of achar include cabbage, quail eggs, and potatoes. The quail may look spicy at first glance, but even though it has a hint of spice, it's not that spicy. However, if you feel the chili part directly, it might be a little spicy. The cabbage is a bit spicy, but the sweetness of the cabbage makes it gentle. It's soft, but the texture remains. The potatoes were moist and I would have liked a little more fluffiness. To finish off the meal, I had an assortment of three types of spice curry. Japanese-style abebe curry with mackerel and radish. Ginger pork with squid ink black. The visuals are very good, but the sense of spice seems to be lacking. There seems to be still room for improvement. The mackerel has a slightly fishy feel to it, and if you eat it with the squid ink, you might feel that way even more. The ginger pork tastes good, but personally, I don't find it too sweet. Along with the side menu, there seemed to be a lot of room for growth. Thank you for the meal.
