プレミアムアウトレットの飲食店が混んでいたので、イオン土岐へ。
フードコートでも良かったのですが、1Fを歩いていると飲食店街が
現れ、ラーメン店があったので迷わず入ることに。
つれ麺、まぜそばが主流のようなので普通のラーメンがあるか心配
でしたが、発券機に醤油ラーメンが存在。食券を購入すると同時に
注文が入るようです。
到着したラーメン、①少しトロみを感じさせる豚骨スープに魚介の
香り、➁具材は太いメンマ2本とチャーシュー、③麺はストレート
麺だがプチプチと少々固めの食感。
個人的には、もう少し麺が柔らかいと有難かったです。最近、この
手のラーメン店が多いのですが、昔ながらの中華そばに慣れ親しん
だ人には評価が分かれると思います。
