中津川のスイーツと言えば、栗きんとん。栗菓子です。
今まで訪れる度に、色々なお店の栗きんとんを買って食べてます。
今回は、此方のお店の渋皮入栗きんとんロールが気になったので、行ってみることにしました。
古い建物が並ぶ情緒ある雰囲気の中にありました。
少し狭いですが、お店の横に駐車場があります。
購入したのは、

■栗きんとん
ショーケースの中には、ロールケーキはありませんが、注文すると、奥から持ってきてくれます。
冷凍ですが、冷凍であることを感じさせない味でした。
生地はしっとりとしていてふわふわの食感。
その生地の中に、渋皮栗が散りばめられています。
中に、栗とクリームが巻かれています。
クリームは、上品な甘さで濃厚な味で美味しかったです。
栗きんとんは、少しつぶが残っているタイプで、栗の風味がしっかりと感じられました。
