岐阜県中津川市にある新杵堂さんの栗きんとんをサービスエリアで購入しました。
当店は昭和23年創業で栗粉餅の発祥だそうです。
伝統を感じられるパッケージに包まれた国産栗100%の栗きんとんは、きれいに濾されていて栗の固形感はほとんどなくいかにも栗の比率が高そうな粘性のある味わいです。
甘味も程よく、栗を味わっている実感がありますね。
この日は栗きんとんのみでしたが、是非店舗に訪問して看板メニューの栗粉餅も頂いてみたいですね！
