飛騨高山に来ました。到着したのがランチ時間だったのでここのお店にしました。道中そば屋さんが多く道の駅などにもそばが置いてあり名物なのがわかります。駅前の駐車場から歩いて10分くらい11:30頃について待ちなしで入れました。先客は3組ほど、店内は木造で風情があります。
めいぶという事で山菜ざるそばにしました。
いろんな山菜が入っていて美味しいです。そばはけっこうコシが強くて歯触りがいい感じがしました。コシがあるそばはよくあるけど、歯触りがいいのは初めての感じでした。美味しかったです。
食べてお店を出る頃には満席になってました。人気のお店です。
