奥飛騨温泉郷で温泉巡り
朝から2軒、温泉に浸かり、昼ごはんはどうしようかと思っていました
お店の前を通りかかると、open時間より少し早めの時間でしたが暖簾が出ていたので、迷わずin
ホルモンうどんを注文
店内は有名人のサインが壁にぎっしりの有名店です
カセットコンロ上の鍋の番をしながら、グツグツするのを待ってると、とてもいい香りが漂い始めます
食べたいのを我慢して更に番をすると、ホルモンの旨味がうどんにどんどん吸い込まれていきます
もう我慢の限界、ひとくちいただくと、ホルモンの旨味が染みたうどんがとても美味しい
口の中だけでなく、のどをつるんと通っていく感触までずっと美味しい
ホルモンの旨味、甘みがたまらない
うどんをすすり終わったら次はおじやタイム
もちろんこれも最高に美味しかった
昼ごはんだけでなく、いつか泊まりで、ビールといっしょに食べてみたい
