先日、高山に行ってきました。
朝早くに到着したので、高山の朝一に行ったところ色々な出店があり楽しかったです。
出店がなくなるくらい歩いたところに、見つけたのがおにぎり屋さんです。
おにぎり屋さんの名前は、日々是好日というお店です。お店の横に4人掛けのテーブル席が2つあります。テイクアウトもできるようです。
おにぎりのメニューは下記の通りです。

今回は、てん茶と玄米のしそ味噌、それから飛騨牛の肉吸いを注文しました。
てん茶のおにぎりは、他では見かけたことがなかったの食べてみることにしました。海苔とてん茶をまぶしてあり、お茶の香りがするおにぎりで、塩気とほんのり苦味、それから旨みを感じるおにぎりで、美味しかったです。
玄米のしそ味噌はら味噌が甘めでご飯とよく合います。しそも一枚貼り付けてあるので、風味が加わっています。白米よりも玄米の方がもちもちしていて、この食感な味付けは私の好きな感じでした。
飛騨牛の肉吸いは、蓋つきのカップに入っており、木製のスプーンが付いています。蓋を取ると中には、たっぷりの飛騨牛と豆腐が入っています。お肉は薄切りですが、ちゃんとした形があり、柔らかくてとても美味しいです。何より出汁がすごく美味しいです。牛だしの上品な旨味がぎゅっと濃縮されたスープでした。
お値段もリーズナブルでお店の方の雰囲気もよく、おにぎりもとても美味しかったです。
また利用したいと思えるお店でした。
