妻が地元の祭りの為、子供たちを連れて帰郷したので、自分は軽バンに車中泊セットを詰め込んで足を踏み入れた事のない岐阜県へと仕事終わりに一人旅に出かけました！
朝の下呂温泉街を満喫してからのお昼ご飯はこちら杉の子サンに決めていたので、計画的に早めの入店でした！土曜日11時ちょい過ぎていましたが、待ち客は既に2組いました。10分ちょっとでカウンターに案内されました！
食べるのは勿論看板メニュー鶏ちゃん定食（￥1600）！このあとお店のスタッフのブラス一品販売接客に負け〆の焼きそば（￥450）もオーダーwww商売上手です＼(^o^)／
画像の通り、カセットコンロとジンンギスカン鍋、その上にクッキングシートに主役の鶏ちゃん（タレのかかった細切れになった鶏肉）とキャベツが乗っており、それを自分で箸で焼くスタイルなんですよね〜！焼き加減があって、自分はスタッフさんにもう食べていいか聞きました。国産鶏だろうと思われる臭みのない柔らかいものが使用されて、またそのちょいピリのタレがキャベツと相性よく美味しかったですね〜！
半分くらい食べ進めると、先述の接客が。事前情報を持っていなかったのでどうしようか迷いましたが、遠くまで来てケチるのはナンセンスなので、オーダーしました！結果オーライでした！焼き立てのジャンキーな感じが実に美味しかった〜！
