アルメリアのバイキングは定評がある♪
朝、絵に書いた様な二日酔ではあるが、朝飯が食えねば昼までダウンする事となり
胃腸を働かせるべく朝食会場へ・・・（苦笑）
流石はアルメリアの朝食バイキング、和・洋・中と豊富な品数が並ぶ
先ずは冷えた水を一気に流し込んでから物色
・サラダ：ポテサラ、レタス、コーン（柚子ドレ）
・ワンディッシュ：掻き卵、ガンモ、茄子煮、きゃらぶき、ぜんまい、山牛蒡、赤蕪漬け
・小鉢：大根と厚揚げ煮
・お粥（練り梅、甘味噌）
味付けは悪くない、と思うが・・・如何せん味がしない、かなりの二日酔でした（汗）
次回は家内にニューハーフショーを見せに訪れようか♪
チャンとしたレビューが出来る日まで仮レビューって事で（苦笑）
蛇足ではあるが酷い風邪を引いた様だ
左腰痛に始まり今朝は右わき腹が殴られた様に痛みが走る、
胃腸風邪だろうか・・・本日午後からは来客が目白押し、午前中に主治医の所へ。
点滴を打ってもらい少し楽に。食欲は無いが栄養補給でスープＤＥＬＩ（クラムチャウダー）とバタースコッチで補う。
