ホテルくさかべアルメリアの7階に位置する「ベルビュー」は、お席から温泉街の夜景が望める上品な会席専用レストランです。 厳選した旬の食材や地元ブランド牛「飛騨牛」使った会席料理を、温泉街の夜景と共にお楽しみいただけます。 お食事の後は、さらに上階の展望露天風呂で、美人の湯といわれる「下呂温泉」をお楽しみいただいてはいかがでしょうか。 |
極上の飛騨牛を食べたい！ということで、下呂温泉のホテルくさかべアルメリアに宿泊しました。
飛騨牛は1人前200（！）で、男性なら満足、女性なら途中でもうおなかいっぱい！と
なるくらいの満足な量でした。
お肉は2cm×3cm位のサイコロ型に切られており、七輪で好きな焼き加減で焼いて頂きます。
お肉は柔らかく、ジューシーで思わず笑ってしまいました。
飛騨牛の前には、前菜の盛り合わせや、お造り、飛騨のお野菜を使ったサラダなど、
料理長おすすめのメニュー（味も・見た目も◎）が出てきます。
ご飯が土鍋で炊いた「魚沼産コシヒカリ」で、余計に食が進みました。
あまりのお肉のボリュームに、おなかいっぱいでご飯を残してしまったので、もったいなかったなぁ…と思いました。
