会社のスタッフブログを見ていて行ってみたい
と思っていたお店です。
大将のお任せでお願いしました
というのも・・・、私はカウンターのお店には行くと金額の決まっている、お任せかコースを注文してます
理由はネタを見ても分からないのもありますが、回転寿司で育ったこともあり、頼みということに慣れてない。
回転寿司のようにインターホンで頼むというのは簡単なことです。
しかし、カウンター席での大将の手さばきを見ながら注文する間合いのような礼儀作法といったらいいのでしょうか！？
日本武道に通じる感じの素晴らしいものがわかりました。
そして何より、大将との会話がとても楽しかったです
バイタリティー溢れる大将と話していると年齢は関係なく、やる気の問題だと感じました。

ホタテのバター焼きです貝殻の下から炎が出てるのですが、見えますか？？
白子の揚げ物新鮮な白子は甘いんですね〜
そして何といっても寿司グラ
どんな味なのかなーって思っていましたが、酢飯にチーズって合うんですね〜
楽しくて、おいしくてと最高な時間でした
