水と緑と詩のまち前橋
前橋の住宅街にある、一見何の変哲もない「寿司屋」です。 |
住宅街にあるので、ナビで行ってもここかな？なんて迷いながら到着。
駐車場は少し離れたところにあるので丁寧に教えてもらいました。
では、いざ出陣。
おまかせ１１貫と大盃をオーダー。
しゃりにほどよい空気感があるので、お酢にコーティングされたお米一粒一粒がしっかりと味わえる。
甘エビあま～い。とけるぅ。海苔の風味も相まってうまあ～い。
玉子もおいしい。冷の玉子焼きでだしの味と甘さを味わいました。
好みなんだけどこはだは塩気と酸味が私には少しだけ強く感じたかな。
して、気になる寿司グラとtonton巻を注文。
寿司グラ、美味しかった。お酢は飛んでいるのでグラタンだったなあ。
私はこちらのしゃりが好きなので寿司グラも好き。
そしてチャレンジ精神あふれる大将すごいっす。
tonton巻もおいしかった。
大将&女将さんが気さくで、敷居が高い寿司屋のイメージをなくしてくれました。
また行きたいなあ。。
