前橋市の『韓国家庭料理居酒屋 身土不二』に行って来ました。
前から行ってみたいと思っていた身土不二。広瀬側沿いの城東パーキングの１階にあります。
靴を下駄箱に入れて掘りごたつの席へ、少し暗めで落ち着いた雰囲気です。店員さんはみんな日本語が上手ですが韓国の方だったようです。
高級感ある分厚いメニュー、単価は若干高めですがメニュー数は豊富です。
『タコパッチョゴチュジャン』１２００円
タコのカルパッチョ韓国風ですね。コチュジャンの甘辛味と梅酢のようなドレッシング。普段味わえないドレッシングの風味が良かったです。
『ホタテ貝柱のチヂミ』９００円
私が知っているチヂミとは違って、表面はカリカリで中はふっくらして美味しかったです。カリカリ感がとても気に入りました。
『身土不二定番 串盛り合わせ』９８０円
ラム、カシラ、カルビ、豚バラ、とりもも、つくね、計６本。色々な味が楽しめます。
牛＜羊＜豚＜鶏・・・やっぱり串は鶏が一番美味しいです。
その他
牛一匹ミックスホルモン、センマイ刺し、春雨炒めかけご飯、キムチ盛り合わせをいただきました。
全体的に辛さは適度で食べやすい韓国料理だと思います。
ドリンクメニューも豊富で、鍋料理も色々ありました。これからの冬の時期、飲み会や宴会でも楽しめると思います。
帰りには韓国海苔のお土産付です。
