先日、前橋のそば処 結城屋 本店に行ってみました。
昔は外観と暖簾に「 ゆ 」 と書いてあったから銭湯だと思っていました。(;'∀')
時間は昼時の開店してすぐに入店しました、店内は広いが冷房はついていない感じですね。
広すぎるから冷房をつけても温度はなかなか下がらないかな？
メニューを見て、何だか餅のそば・うどんが気になります。
冷やだと、揚げ餅そばがあるけど、温かいメニューの方が旨そうですね。
・餅うどん ８８０円
を注文です。
後からお客はドンドン来ます、年配の客が多いですね。
１０分程で料理が来ました。
見た感じはいいですね。
味は・・・普通かな？麺は思ったより細く、食感がイマイチですね。
食べると、暑い！汗が止まりません。(=_=)
やはり夏は冷房が効いた店がいいですね。
