カウンターで蕎麦をいただきました
午後2時ごろ、遅い昼食として、五衛門さんで蕎麦。
三俣の結城屋さんに行こうかと思ったのだけれど、あそこは、2時で閉めるので、こちらは、もしかしたらやっているかな、と思って、寄ってみたら、開いていた。ランチは、3時か3時半までやっているようでした。店内、この時間は、カウンターにどうぞ、とのこと。先客2組。
鍵になっているところに、3名で座ります。
バイキングというシステムで、薬味５－６種類あるのですが、好きなものを好きなだけ取れます。
で、そばをそれぞれ頼みました。
目の前の大釜で蕎麦をゆでてくれます。
中細のおいしいお蕎麦ですね。
薬味は、揚げ玉、ネギ、ワサビ、大根おろし、を入れます。
その他、ゴマ、わかめ、モヤシ炒めがありました。
そばつゆは、小鉢に自分で注ぎます。
この日は、夕食が、和食のコースだったので、蕎麦のおかわりはしませんでしたが、地蕎麦や更科そばもあるようで、麺のお替りをしても楽しめそうです。
美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした！

夕方、腹が減りがまんできずに、車を止めて、五衛門さんに飛び込んだ。夜のお店が空いたころで、先客は1組だったか。夜は、カウンターはやっておらず、座敷のみの営業。座敷の部屋は2部屋あり、座卓の部屋と椅子の部屋に分かれている。椅子の部屋の席に座った。椅子の部屋は便利ですね。
さて、頼んだのは、霧下蕎麦@900といとより天ぷら@300．
蕎麦は、3種あり、霧下蕎麦、地蕎麦、更科蕎麦。どれも興味ある。次回は2種盛りのくのいちを頼んでみようかな。で、霧下蕎麦は、食感と味が良いですね。おいしいです。いとよりは、小ぶりを開いててんぷらにしたのが2尾。揚げたてでおいしい。血糖値が下がっていたので、ことのほか、おいしく感じた。前橋は、うまい蕎麦屋が多い。気に入っている店も複数軒あり、レベルが高いなあ、といつも思う。ごちそうさまでした。
