『喜和美家』さんに向かいます♪
場所ゎ本町一丁目信号角の
前橋ホテル『サンカント』さん１Ｆにあります。。
ホテルが経営してる居酒屋さんです。。
時刻ゎもうすぐ２２時・・・。
意外と空いています。。
と言うより貸切です！

奥のテーブル席に陣取ります。。。
更に奥にゎ全面ガラス窓の外で
滝が流れてごーぢゃすです♪
まずゎ面白そうなトコロから。。
『獺祭』試-Tameshi-
磨きに拘る獺祭故に出来る
割れたクズ米で造った所謂【Ｂ品】。。。
しかも少量ですが
磨き二割三分の純米大吟醸も戴け
正規品とアウトレット品の呑み比べが出来ます♪
やはり『試』ゎ雑味が強い・・・。
【お通し】の『浅蜊と三つ葉の御浸し』♪
ウン。出汁がちょっと強めな感じ。。

食べ進めると塩辛さがハンパねぇ。。
