出張先の前橋で予約して2人で利用しました。お店は、国道50号
の起点となる本町1丁目交差点の角にあるホテル・カンサントの１階
にあります。ホテルの入口に控えめな看板が出ていて、ここに在る
ことが分かります（商売っ気が少ない？）。
18時半過ぎに入店しました。予約の際に個室をお願いしたのでは
なかったのですが、カウンター奥の個室に案内されました。カウンター
前には多数の日本酒が保存された保冷庫が鎮座しており、横目で見な
がら通過します。
個室からは、広いガラス越しに、滝に見立てているのでしょう、壁面を
流れ落ちる水が眺められます。部屋は黒をベースにしてシックな内装で
照明も明るすぎない演出です。接待にも向いていそうだし、今日はオヤジ
同士ですが、デートでも使えそうな雰囲気です。両隣の個室にも、今日は
お客さんが入っているようです。
まず、生ビールで乾杯。つまみに、香箱ガニ、喜和味メンチ、地鶏
照焼き、レンコン団子（鶏肉をレンコンの衣で包み揚げたもの）、
野菜サラダ、を注文しました。香箱ガニは思ったよりも小型で、やや
物足りない感じでしたが、値段(700円くらい)からすれば、相応の物で
した。料理は、どれも量は（オヤジには十分でしたが）やや少なめでした
が、美味しかった。
料理が出てくるに連れ、ビールから日本酒にチェンジ。種類が豊富な
メニューに悩みながら、選択したのは、「飛露喜」「澤屋まつもと」
「黒龍いっちょらい」（以上は冷酒で）、地酒の「群馬泉」（ぬる燗、
熱燗）の4種類。さらに、料理も、出汁巻き卵、厚揚げ、牡蠣の柳川を
追加注文しました。燗酒の「群馬泉」は揚げ物にも負けず、しっかりした
味わいで料理に良く合いました。冷酒は、一升瓶を冷蔵庫から個室まで
持って来て注いでくれますが、量を多少サービスしてもらって、うれしい
限りです。途中、口直し（？）にハイボール（知多、山崎）も飲んじゃい
ました。
〆に、蕎麦とお茶漬けをいただいて、ご馳走様。二人で15000円でした。
タクシーを呼んでもらって、何とか最終の新幹線に間に合いました。
