以前から行ってみたいと思っていたお店でした。
友人が予約してくれ、とうとう初来店です。
なかなかにこだわりが強いお店のようで、
予約してからもなんどか連絡をくださり、料理等の事前打ち合わせがありました。
どうやら予約品のみで、原則当日追加注文などをしていないため、細かく打ち合わせをしているようです。
当日来店した気分でいろいろ決めていきたい派の私には、
少し堅苦しくも感じましたが、
お客さんのことを思ってのことだと思うので、
熱い情熱を持って営業されているのだなあと感じました。
おでんは言うまでもなく美味しいです
優しい味がしました。
他の料理も全部美味しかったです。
ポテサラは人気の商品のようですが、納得の味です。
細かい打ち合わせが苦手でなければ
おすすめのお店です。
