ランチーピークはすぎ
店内はなかなかガラガラ
カーテンはありますが
少し西日が目に染みる席で
ランチメニューを
食べるものは決まっていますが
グランドメニューや限定メニューも
チラチラ
無論食べるものは決まっていますが
三代目横綱ハンバーグを注文
600gあるそうです
軽くいけそうですね！！
待つこと15分
やってきたハンバーグ
鉄板からはみ出してます
どこぞの1kgオーバーと違い
焼き色も良い！！
オニオンと醤油のテーブルソースのほかに
ソースが一つ選べたので、バター醤油に
合い挽きハンバーグながら
なかなかの肉肉しさ
不味くはない
足りないとすれば
ジューシーさ
肉汁こぼれないし
噛んでも出てこないので
すこしパサい
ご飯もパンもいらないんですが
ついてきてしまうので
パンをつけました
こぼれた肉汁を吸わせる作戦は
失敗に終わりました。
二代目はなかなか美味しかった記憶があったのですが
気のせいだったかしら
ともあれ
無事完食
