2014年3月某日夜・・・。
自宅からは少し離れた場所にありますが
以前から大変気になっていたお店。
料理、お酒、雰囲気など
いずれをみても興味をそそられるお店。
前橋の郊外にある『桜あん』。
はっきり言って場所が悪いです。
それでも多くの客を惹きつけるものが
このお店にはあるのでしょうね。
さてこの日は男3人での飲み会。
カウンターが希望だったのですが
予約でいっぱいとのこと。
今やカウンター席での予約は狭き門・・
といったところでしょうか。
広めの個室に通していただきました。
いただいた料理などは下記のとおり。
■空豆とうふ
■菜の花の蛍烏賊ソース
■若筍煮
■お造り
鮪、甘海老、河豚、わさび菜
■河豚の白子茶碗蒸し
■蟹まんじゅう
■銀むつの焼物
磯つぶ貝、黄身の味噌漬けと
■おでん
■天婦羅
行者にんにく、たらの芽、ふきのとう、わらび
■握り
イカ、中トロ、ウニ、アジ、干瓢巻き、稲荷寿司
■お酒多数
少しずつ、いろいろ食べることがいいですね。
蟹まんじゅうや玉子の黄身の味噌漬けなどは
珍しい品。黄身の味噌漬けは酒のアテにも
良かったです。
天ぷらもなかなかない組み合わせ。
春の感じることができる一品。
そして最後は握りで。
もうお腹いっぱいで稲荷寿しはお土産で
持って帰らせていただきました。
またいつかお邪魔したいお店です。
