まあ、梅雨の合間で晴れてて嬉しいです。
きょうは「上州和彩 うなぎ よしもと」さんにお邪魔しました。
平日のお昼ご飯です。
「竹」(¥2900-税込)を注文してあります。
予約してあるので、
奥のお座敷へ通されしばし待ちます。
と、登場しました。久しぶりのうなぎです。
ふたを開けて、いざ対面！
うおー、浜名湖産のうなぎ！
ありがたい気持ちでいっぱいです。
いつものように軽く一礼して、
「いっただっきまーす。」
山椒を振ります。
そして箸を入れます。
ぱくっ、もぐもぐ、もぐもぐ…。
うんうん、美味しいです。
こんなにふんわりしてるんですね。
はーはっ、はっ、はーはっ、はっ…
あぁ、美味しかった。

蛇足、お汁はお吸い物ですね。残念ながらうなぎの肝が入ってませんので肝水ではありませんでした。お店でさばいてないのかな？
