前を通りかかる度に気になっていたお店です。
ようやく訪れることができました。
予約せずに来たので、時間がかかるかも…と心配しましたが、思いの外早く、15分くらいで鰻重が出てきました。
ランチで訪れていたので、待ち時間が少ないのは助かります。
せっかく⁈なので、松をオーダーです。
香ばしさを感じる、いい感じの焼き色もついていて、見るからに美味しそうです。
うなぎは、ふっくらと、かつ脂が乗っていて、美味しいです。
タレは甘味のあるもので、ご飯にもたっぷりかけられています。ご飯は少し硬めに炊かれており、コレがふわっと盛り付けられているので、美味しいのですが、少し食べにくかったです。
個人の好みですが、私はご飯をよそった後、少し押し付けて固めてもらったくらいのものの方が好きです。
とはいえ、焼き加減良し、風味良しの美味しい鰻重を堪能できました。
