オーダーしたのは松税込み3,500円。かなり大きな浜名湖産の鰻で大満足でした。
まず肝吸いのお椀を開けた時に、香りが期待感を一気に高めてくれました。私は嗅覚がかなり残念な方なのですが、これはかなり美味しいぞ、と訴えてきました。繊細な味がします。しめじの食感がとても良いです。肝は個体差や季節も関係してくるとは思いますが、苦味も少なく、食べやすく、コリコリ感を楽しめました。
さて、特筆すべきはやはり一口目に食べたふっくら感です。ふっくらホクホクで、口の中が幸せになりました。
また、画像の尻尾が特に焦げている部分、これにはびっくりしました。甘めのタレが焼き焦げていて、とてつもなく良い酒の肴だなと、飲んでないのに思いました。
渋川〜伊香保〜前橋と旅してきて感じましたが、群馬は【タレ多め】【やや甘め】【ふっくら】が王道なのでしょうか。山椒もこの甘さを邪魔することなく、とてもいい仕事をしていました。
鰻が高騰してる今、これで3,500円は奇跡です。また群馬に旅行したいなと思わせていただきました。
