It's been a while since I last visited for the evening meal. Our family's favorite is the counter seats. It's a rather auspicious evening, so we splurged. Everything is delicious, but the grilled dishes at this restaurant are cooked to perfection and are the best. I always order the Wagyu beef, which looks super rare but is cooked through and doesn't bleed. The tomato bacon skewers are also cooked so that the tomatoes don't burst and are soft and delicious. The umami is brought out to the fullest. It's a cold night, so sake goes well with it.
