本格タイ料理居酒屋 |
前橋市にあるタイ料理「ななしや」に行ってきました。
タイ料理だけでなくバーとしても営業されている様で、けっこう遅くまで営業されています。
電話をすると、最近は書かれている営業時間より早めにお店を絞めてしまうこともあるそうです。
以前に食べログの写真を見た時にガパオライスと生春巻きがあまりにも美味しそうだったので一度食べてみたかったのです。
タイにも行ったことないので本場をそもそそ知らないのですが。。笑
車を30分近く走らせて到着！
黄色のネオン看板で結構目立ちます。
到着してメニューを見るとそれらしきメニュー写真を発見！以前見たメニュー写真と同じものなのかを店員さんに問い合わせたところ、ガパオライスで間違いないということで注文。
もちろん生春巻きも一緒に注文しました。
まずは生春巻きが到着！予想していたよりも大きく、また具材が大きいです。
食べると野菜がシャリっとしており、かなり食感がいいです！これが本場の生春巻きなのかな？
皮ももちっとしていてむちゃくちゃ美味しい！今まで食べた生春巻きの中では一番おいしいかもしれません。
次にガパオライス。
厨房から「ジャーッ」と具材を炒める音がします。挽肉を炒めている音でしょう。ほどなくして着丼です。
まず目を引くのが挽肉の大きさです。
今まで食べてきたガパオライスよりもひときわデカく、ごろっとしています。
食べてみると辛さ、塩味ちょうどいい感じ！好きな味です。
パクチーの彩も相まってかかなり映える外観ですね。
後から知ったのですが、ここは食べログ百名点に入っている様です。
遅くまで営業しているのも嬉しいですし、今は都心部にもタイ料理屋さんがけっこう多いので前橋にも根付いてほしいものです。
