今日のお昼は友達と豚さんち️におじゃましました
ちょうど開店時間に着いたのですが
なかなか open・clauseの札が clauseのままなので
店内へ突入したところ
店員さんが まだopen前なので もう少しお待ちください❗️
とのこと 携帯で時間を見ると
あれまぁ～まだ 開店時間３分前でした汗(笑)
ですが もう 店内に入ってしまっているので
開き直って 座って待ってて良いですか⁉️と
強引に窓際のテーブル席に腰を下ろしました汗(笑)
メニューを拝見して
呼び鈴️で店員さんを呼んで
自分は
豚 ダブル(太麺・野菜増しまし1kg)￥860
それにLINEのクーポンで辛ニラをいただきました
友達は
汁なし麺(太麺)￥900と
白ぶどうソーダ￥190をオーダーしました✌️
お冷やはセルフサービスなので
自分で取りに行きましょう❗️✌️
さてさて ラーメンの到着です❗️✌️
豚 ダブル(ニンニク・野菜増しまし・1kg)は
1kgのもやしの一時避難場所にラーメンの器も
スタンバイしているので
とりあえず 山盛りのもやしの半分ほどを
そちらに避難させて ニンニクをかき混ぜ
もやしと麺をすすります❗️
こちらの太麺は うどんのような太さで
とにかく 腰が強くて 食べ終わる頃までカチカチです
もやしを中心に食べ進め 取り分けておいた
もやしを器に戻しながら さらに食べ進めます❗️
1kgのもやしと硬い太麺のおかげで
けっこう アゴが やられちゃいます汗(笑)
そんなこんなで 悪戦苦闘 汗かきながら
ようやく完食することが出来ました汗(笑)
もやしは 1kgで これ以上だったら無理だったかも
お腹いっぱいになりました✌️

うどんが品切でセットメニューが出来ないと言われ
仕方なく 豚さんちに向かいました✌️

メロンソーダ￥290
自分の豚さんちのイメージと言えば
トッピング全部乗せ→贅沢豚ダブル￥1080なので
それを お願いしたところ…
売り切れとのこと残念❗️
仕方なく 豚ダブル￥780に野菜増しと にんにくで
お願いしました
お冷やはセルフサービスなので
氷を入れて持ってきました❗️
いよいよ 豚ダブル(野菜増し)がやって来ました✌️
にんにくと野菜増しにしてもらったので
小さめの丼の割には けっこうボリューミーです
はじめに 野菜(ほとんどがもやし)から
食べ始めます❗️
にんにくを少し絡めつつ サクサクと食べ進み
麺にたどり着くと 太麺で まるで
細目のうどんのような感じで 食べ応えバツグン❗️
スープも 甘めのコッテリで
これが けっこう いけます‼️✌️
肉は生姜風味が効いていて サッパリしています
野菜を増して
にしてにんにくも入れてもらったおかげで
満足万三です❗️✌️
お腹いっぱいになりました❗️✌️

なかなかオープンする気配無し❗

18:01になってようやく 照明が灯り、店員さんが

お客さんも一組やって来て、ホッとしました

それにフリーペーパーのクーポンで
アイスコーヒーとメロンソーダをいただきました

贅沢豚ダブル(小)は女性にオススメとありましたが
ニンニク、脂、野菜増し❗にしてもらう都合も
あったので とりあえず(小)にしてみました❗
麺はけっこう太麺で スープはニンニク、脂の効果か
コクがあって 旨いです✌
玉子も半熟、豚肉もトロトロで旨かったです✌
メニューを見ても とにかく 豊富で
何を食べていいのか 迷いに迷ってしまいます❗
店名の豚さんちのごとく
豚肉のメニューをもっともっと味わいたく
思うようになりました❗

2023*9*3* I visited around 11:15 on Sunday ❗️✌️ Today I came to Buta-san's with my friends ❗️ The two customers sat down at a table by the window and looked at the menu ❗️✌️ I ordered the usual pork double (thick noodles) for ¥946, with extra garlic and fat, and 2kg of extra vegetables❗️ My friend ordered the pork miso double for ¥1,056, topped with flavored eggs for ¥143❗️ Finally, it was time for the pork double (thick noodles). Here they are ❗️✌️ The towering bean sprouts have a big impact ❗️ For now, I transfer the bean sprouts to a serving bowl ❗️ Even so, the additional 2 kg of bean sprouts is an unbearable amount ❗️ I start eating the bean sprouts rapidly so that I can get to the noodles quickly. ❗️ The bean sprouts themselves have no taste, so I slowly eat the salty seasoned minced meat while keeping the balance while I eat the bean sprouts ❗️✌️ The garlic and fat are also increasing, so it's quite thick, but the soup itself isn't very thick. It looks good ❗️ When I finally get to the noodles, the thick, stiff noodles are mercilessly damaging my jaw (sweat). Now that I've finally gotten rid of the noodles, I move on to the bean sprouts that I had set aside in a separate container ❗️ I used a coupon from Tabelog. I drank the cola I got, refreshed my mouth, and it was the last spurt ❗️✌️ Up until now, I had been eating normally, but today it was a little tough (lol) I was full ❗️✌️ Thank you for the meal.
