今日は理容店にて散髪をした後、前橋市六供町に有る南国食堂
ちむどんどんさんに立ち寄りました。
以前、運転代行の手伝いをしていた時に凄く印象の良かったお
店を巡っております。
店内に入り半個室に案内されメニューを見て、
沖縄ステーキ Aステーキ 150g 1000円+10%
沖縄そば（手揉み麺）750円+10%
計 1925円をオーダーしました。
沖縄ステーキは、沖縄ステーキ・サラダ・ライス・スープのセ
ットなのですが、別に沖縄そばをオーダーしたのでスープから
ポテトサラダに変更して下さいました。
嬉しいサービスですよね！
待つ事約9分位で沖縄ステーキセットと、
約10分位で沖縄そばとご対面です。
先ずサラダから食べて・・・もずく主体のサラダですね！
凄く沖縄を感じますね！
続いてポテトサラダを食べて・・まるで紅タルトみたいです！
そしてメインの沖縄ステーキです・・・ちょっとカットし辛い
ですね！
3種のタレが有ります。
沖縄島唐辛子を潰した大根おろしが辛くて美味しかったです！
ステーキが2ランクアップしましたね❗️
お替り自由なので大盛ライスを頂きました。
此れにあおさ入りの塩を振りかけて食べると良いですよと店長
さん⁈に言われ、言われるがままかけて食べると絶品❗️
美味しい❗️
続いて沖縄そばは・・・青刻み小口葱・蒲鉾・紅生姜・豚ばら
肉に中太縮れ麺（手揉み麺）が入ります。
スープは鶏がらベースに、豚さん・鰹節・醤油or塩が少々入り
凄くナチュラルな味わいですね！
うすぅ〜〜〜く緑色の麺はモッチリしながらも腰は有り然も麺
自体も小麦粉と練り込まれた油⁈がマッチしていて凄く美味し
いですね！
後、コラーゲンたっぷりの豚の角煮がまた美味ですね！
いやぁ〜〜〜沖縄そばは初めて食べましたが、癖になりそうで
す！
最後に会計時にちんすうこうを頂きました。
