おしゃんなチェーン居酒屋のような内装。BTSのミュージックビデオが流れます。オーダーはファミリーレストランでよく見る端末でのオーダーです。
こちら韓国料理「きむち屋」は1983年に東京で創業のキムチ等の惣菜専門店。2011年に前橋に拠点を移し、お弁当やレストランに進出しました。創業者で代表者の金基順氏の長男の李相浩氏が店長を務め、現在も金基順氏と娘さんの李恵永氏が料理を担当しています。
2016年の第7回T-1グランプリ、もちゅ煮 (モツ煮)が前橋の豚肉料理で第１位を獲得！勢い乗って、まっぷる2017とるるぶ2017でも、きむち屋のもちゅ煮 (モツ煮)が掲載されています。もちゅ煮は味噌とニンニクベースに粉トウガラシを使い、新鮮な豚モツを使用し、程よい弾力を残してぷりっぷりの食感に仕上げているこだわりの逸品。
また新大久保のコリアタウンで話題となったチーズタッカルビを一早く前橋に上陸させたお店です。韓国風フライドチキンなど韓国のグルメトレンドを群馬に紹介してくれています。
またガッツリ系の多い土地柄に合わせて肉肉しいメガ盛り4.5人前などのメニューがありガッツリ肉食ファンの胃袋を鷲掴みしている。
駐車場はお店の前に3台。離れたところにもあります。
店内はもうひとりのお客さんだけでのんびりとした雰囲気でとても静かです。
もちゅ煮(モツ煮)定食や牛すじ定食もひかれましたが、人気2位(1位はサイドディッシュ)のズンドゥブチゲをオーダーです。
ほかほか。できたてのチゲっていいですね。汗かきまくりです。
