続いて本日の２軒目は
直ぐ近くの赤字ラーメンさん♪
１９時３０分入店です(笑)。
餃子５個３９０円。
樽生(中)４９０円。
中国ご出身の
可愛いホール男子にオーダーを告げます。
先ずは樽生。
そして
アルコール注文の方のサービス品。
メンマ・ザーサイ・錦糸タマゴ。
やはり
ザーサイはコリコリ美味しいです。
店内BGMはTBSテレビ。
クーラーの効きが大変良く
残暑厳しい夜ですが凍えるほどの心地好さです(笑)。
そして
いよいよ餃子の提供です♪
予想に反して
芳ばしい良い香りが致しますo(^o^)o
綺麗に整列した５個の餃子。
見た目の配色から
韮の比重が多そうに思います。
が
予想に反して
臭みはありますが
お肉の味が確り感じられる餃子です。
脂を含んだジューシーさではなく
以前にも感じられた
噛む程に甘みを感じられる
どちらかというと私好みの餃子です。
これは
ご飯に合わせても
美味しく食べられる一皿だと思います。
お肉の甘さにハマります。
中国の餃子と比して
皮は薄めで軽さを強調しているようです。
ホールも厨房も中国の方ですが
お店の方針なのか
レシピは日本の餃子。
美味しい餃子を味わうことが出来ました。
