入店後、日付変更
当日の注文は生ビールと餃子にハイボール、そしてネギ味噌ラーメン。
餃子はすこぶる普通。ラーメンはどっち付かず感満載であり、メチャクチャ中途半端でありました。
客数も少なく、赤字なのは原価率ではなく、売上に対する諸経費…なんて事はワタシが気にする事ではないし、今のところ営業できているので問題は無いのだと思います。そもそも赤字なら、他店の税金対策でもない限り営業継続できんだろ。
チャーシューはまあ比較的美味しかったかと思います。
あとは不味くはないんだけど、お店として何がやりたいんだか解らないラーメンって感じでした。居酒屋メニューがある程度あるのは救いなのかもしれませんけど…
少なくともラーメン店としてワタシの心にかかるものは全くありませんでした。時間帯を選べば周辺にもラーメン店は幾つかあるので、ラーメンの客としては次回訪問は無いと思います。
