While on a business trip in Maebashi, I was entertained by a local partner company, and the company's president said, `` Ramen should be the last meal,'' and he brought me to this restaurant. Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) → I had a snack and it was almost 0:00. I guess it can't be helped that after drinking alcohol, your appetite gets stimulated and you end up craving something relatively strong... I wasn't very knowledgeable about geography and didn't understand why, so I was brought here. A staff member immediately guided me to my seat and I took a seat. When I looked around, I saw a lot of people coming home from work. If you look closely, you'll see that this is a Chinese Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that is open from 6pm until early morning. When I looked at the menu, I was drawn to the soy sauce Ramen that said "Seafood + Akagi chicken double soup" and ordered it. It came 10 minutes later. First, take a sip of the soup. I wondered what it was that made it a little tangy, but the soup was delicious with a little bit of chicken oil and stock. There are times when I want a really strong flavor like Iekei Ramen after drinking it, but this one is delicious. At this point I wanted to come back. The slightly thin noodles also go well with the soup. Another thing that made me happy was the amount of toppings. The large char siu, plenty of menma, green onions, finely chopped mizuna, and one flavored egg cut in half were all very pleasing. I devoured it in no time. It's a shame that it's not open during the day, but it's a restaurant I'd like to visit if I ever come to Maebashi again.
