A casual Teppanyaki restaurant♪ The friendly owner and chef cooks the food skillfully.
[b: A casual Teppanyaki restaurant♪] The friendly owner-chef cooks skillfully. If you sit at the counter, you can watch the flambé process right in front of you. This is a Teppanyaki restaurant with an affordable price. The atmosphere was very comfortable. We asked the chef to grill the meat of our choice. 150 grams of Joshu beef. It was delicious, cooked to perfection. The duck teriyaki was also excellent. Maybe he's good at cooking it to perfection. They have a wide variety of alcoholic drinks and a wide range of menu items, so I think it's a great restaurant that can be used for a variety of occasions. This has become one of those restaurants I would like to use often. Thank you for the meal.

A Teppan-yaki Restaurants that you can drop in to casually♪ The atmosphere is casual, but the food is authentic♪
Want to eat Teppan-yaki? Want to drink alcohol? Want to have a good time in a relaxing space? Fire Work is a Teppanyaki restaurant that you can drop in to casually♪ With a counter made from a single b |
I've been wanting to visit this restaurant again but I never got around to it. The last time I went, the master cooked right in front of me and I was able to see the flambées, so I was excited to go back. This restaurant is less than a 10-minute walk from Maebashi Station. What's great is that there is a parking space. Up to four cars can be parked. I went there on a weekday lunchtime and asked for ingredients for the dinner menu, and they readily agreed ♪ I ordered both meat and fish, asking for something that they had prepared for the day. (It was a pretty rough order) Shorthorn beef Steak Teppan-yaki Rice Salad Miso soup Potato salad with beef tendon All were great. The shorthorn beef from Iwate Prefecture is very tender and cut into bite-sized pieces. They brought out the flounder roe because they happened to be starting to prepare it for the night. It was perfectly cooked and delicious! According to the owner, he is particularly particular about the meat he uses, and selects only the most delicious meat at the time of purchase, and that he can serve as cheaply as possible. It seems to be a restaurant that serves good food at as reasonable a price as possible. The image is a fusion of a Teppan-yaki restaurant and Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). The owner apparently trained in Teppan-yaki in Germany and France. I didn't know there was someone like that in Maebashi... Amazing. The drink menu is very extensive, and there's even a wine cellar, which is sure to be irresistible for those who like alcohol. (I don't drink that much.) I left the restaurant vowing to return, thinking that I'd like to make this my regular haunt. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal!
