仕事で前橋に行き、ホテルの近くにあったこちらへお邪魔。
なかなか雰囲気のいい感じで店内もお客さんで賑わっている。
とりあえず乾杯ビールと鳥わさを注文。
突き出しはポテサラで一見普通だがツナか何かが入っており妙に味わい深い。
鳥わさは若干甘めの醤油ダレと適度な大きさのササミ、そしてワサビのバランスがいい！ここの鳥わさは美味い！
途中でハイボールを挟みオリジナルのいも焼酎をボトルで注文。飲み方は当然ロック(笑)
串物はおまかせ盛りを注文。 ネギマ、皮、ササミ等5本セットでとりあえず塩とタレの両方を！ タレも美味かったがちょっと甘めのなのでどちらかというと塩の方がいいかな。もう少しボリュームが欲しくなり唐揚げまで注文。ちょっとにんにくがキツめだが、これが非常に美味かった！ 結局ボトルも空になり大満足の前橋ナイトでした(笑)
