群馬二軒目。前橋に宿泊したため、付近のお店で。
ちょっとしたアニバーサリーだったので、ワインと肉を楽しめるお店に決めていて、評価の高いこちらへ。
店は満員で事前の予約をしていなかったので30分以上待つことになった。
無事に席に座ることができ、カバルネチリのフルボディでコスパ良く飲み始める。アペタイザーはフォアグラと白レバーのパテと生ハムとモッツァレラのサラダ。
パテはフォアグラ感は薄かったが、白レバーがクリーミーでバケットと赤ワインによく合う。次にサラダだがこれがかつてないレベルに素晴らしかった。サラダの上からチーズを削ってくれるのだが、まるまる１つ、チーズを使い切る。結果的に二郎のような山が出来てしまうわけだが、この削りたてのチーズがフレッシュで、ワインと野菜とのマリアージュが素晴らしかった。
その後メインで牛肉のステーキ。これは時間がかかったが、しっかり焼かれているものの柔らかく、更に旨みが素晴らしい逸品であった。
デザートのクリームブリュレとティラミスも素晴らしく、全体を通してほぼ完璧と言えた。
前橋に行ったら必ず再訪したい良店。
