平日の開店すぐに訪問。
雑誌に掲載されたら写真につられて行きましたが、何度か行った事のあるスーパーの駐車場にありました。
気付かなかった…
メニュー豊富で少し悩みましたが、濃厚カレーつけ汁うどんを中太麺で、辛味噌煮込みうどんを平打ち麺で注文。
煮込みうどんはおじやセット付き、全てのうどんはおかわり無料です。
カレーつけ汁はスッキリしたスパイシーさ、辛味噌煮込みは甘みもあり病みつきになる辛さ。
うどんは煮込んでもモチモチです。
中太麺はお代わりを熱盛りでいただきましたが、個人的には熱盛りの方が、外は程よい柔らかさに中がモチモチで、食感は好みでした。
埼玉住まいが長かったので、武蔵野うどんより少しモチモチな位なのがいいのかもしれません。
お代わりした熱盛り中太麺は、半分辛味噌煮込みうどんに入れましたが、最後までモチモチ食感はありました。
もちろん卵を溶いたおじやも美味しかったです。
