I visited alone on a Monday at 11:20 p.m. Park your car in the 10-space parking space in front of the store. There were 0 customers in front and 7 customers in the back, and there were also takeaway customers. K-POP music is playing inside the store. There are no counter seats, but eight table seats, two of which are small tables for one person against the wall. ``Please sit wherever you like,'' so I sat at a table for four people in the back right. The seats are separated by curtains and curtains, so you don't have to worry about your surroundings. Order a set of Kalbi Udon (1,045 yen, tax included) and Half Mandu (300 yen). I was planning on having a great set menu available only on weekdays, but I was blown away by the bright red visual of Kalbi udon on the back of the menu. Kalbi udon was served in less than 10 minutes, and mandu was served 5 minutes later. "Karubi udon" rises to a deep red color just like the photo on the menu. If you eat it from the soup, it will be spicy from the moment you put it in your mouth. It's not so much that you'll break out in a sweat, but the authentic Korean flavor will warm you up in no time. By the way, kimchi is served separately, but some restaurants add kimchi to the ribs udon, so you may be able to add kimchi to the soup depending on your preference. By the way, kimchi is still not spicy. The ingredients include five thickly-sliced short ribs, shimeji mushrooms, green onions, and a beaten egg. The ribs were tender and delicious. The flavor of the short ribs and the flavor of the ingredients make the soup not only spicy but also rich. The udon noodles have a nice firmness to them, and the portions aren't very large. The amount of soup is large, so if you have a lot of energy, you may want to order rice at the end to make it risotto style. It was delicious just as it was, so I ate the entire soup. "Mandu" is Korean-style steamed Gyoza / Dumpling. The color is reddish, probably due to the kimchi inside. This is also a little spicy, but the skin is chewy and delicious. I enjoyed the delicious Korean taste. Thank you for the meal.
