最近になって行くのを復活したお店です。以前に比べて駐車場も店舗内も広くなっていい感じですね。
早い時間に行ったので、まだ客席にも余裕がありました。メニューを見てセットにすることにしました。好きなラーメンとミニ丼とサラダとドリンクがつくお得なセットで、普段セットものは我慢しているのですが、どてめしがあるのでついつい頼んでしまいます。今回は前店舗でも食べたことのなかった豚そばとお気に入りのどてめし、飲み物は身体のことを考えてウーロン茶にしました。
メニューを見るとらーめん、ごはん物はもちろんのこと、「らーめん居酒屋」という屋号の通りおつまみ系も充実しています。落ち着いたら飲みにも伺いたいです。しばし待つとセットtが到着です。いやあドリンクがウーロン茶だったせいなのか？中ジョッキで出てきたのはビックリしました。これでおなか一杯になりますねww。さてせっかくですからスープを一口。これは濃厚なスープです。豚骨醤油を書いてあったので家系っぽい感じなのかと思っていたのですが想像以上の濃厚さでした。麺は中太麺で加水率が少し低めなんですかね。茹で加減は普通です。トッピングはチャーシューと極太メンマでした。卓上に辛子高菜があるので途中で投入し味変しましたがスープが濃厚なのであまり辛さは感じませんでした。どてめしは色の割には味付は濃い訳ではなく温泉卵もついてるのでなんとなくお得感もあります。こちらも卓上の紅生姜を投入して味変して楽しみました。サラダはまあ気持ち程度ですが野菜食べると罪悪感もちょっと薄れますねww。そしで先述しましたが中ジョッキウーロン茶でさらに罪悪感を流しこんで完食です。さすがに替え玉は我慢しておきました。
豚骨系もたまに食べたくなってしまうので、タイミングと身体の状態考えてまたセット食べに伺います。
