I went to a store that I was interested in while searching. The most popular dish is probably boiled offal, but this restaurant seems to have Ramen and curry with offal, so I was interested in that so I went there. Well, I was wondering which one I should have, and when I looked at the menu, I saw that there was a set of Ramen and curry! I may not be able to taste the original giblets, but I ordered that set. Are there only women on the floor and in the kitchen? It's a warm shop with a warm atmosphere, with some customers coming alone as women, and some regulars having a friendly chat with the staff. As I waited, the food was served. It's kind of...huge. And it's white. First, take a bite of Ramen soup. The light pork bone soup is delicious. Is the seasoning of the offal itself weak? It goes well with Ramen, and best of all, it's soft. I guess the preparation has been done well. Ramen also includes wood ear mushrooms and flavored eggs, so it's quite filling. The curry was also delicious, although the seasoning was average. There was a lot of food considering it was a mini, so I was very satisfied. Is it because the base tastes so light? Both had what looked like fried onions on top, but I personally found them delicious enough without them. Full set. There's no doubt about it. At a later date, if the offal is so soft and big, I wonder what it would be like to boil it? So I went back and ordered the ``Motsuni Set Meal.'' As expected, it is a boiled motsu set meal. Delivery is fast. It was a set of boiled offal, hiyayakko, pickled vegetables, rice, and miso soup. As expected from a restaurant like this, there is a lot of food. The giblets are still big and soft. Is it white miso because it is light in color? It feels like the sweetness stands out more than the saltiness. This is good at first, but as you continue to eat it, it feels like it's still quite sweet. When I thought about it, the pork bone soup also seemed sweet, so maybe this restaurant has a sweeter flavor overall. Well, it's just a matter of taste, as I prefer salty and spicy to sweet, so that's just how I felt. So, personally, I might like to eat it with curry. However, I've never had such large and soft offal before, so I'm glad I tried it. This is a store in Maebashi.
