マイレビさまのレビューを拝見してBMしていたお店になります。
群馬県高崎市にある「叶家」さん♪
十割そばと粗挽きの田舎蕎麦を主に提供されています。
駐車場はお店の前に2台ほど！
お店の方にお聞きしたら、休日は道を挟んだ銀行と隣のドラッグストアに停められるとのこと♪
ドラッグストアは、平日でも駐車可能かもしれません。（未確認です）
こちらの一番人気は「鴨汁そば」とのこと！
粗挽きの田舎蕎麦も気になったので合い盛りでお願いします。
★鴨汁そば（合い盛り） 1,500円
★おろし蕎麦 1,300円

ぶっかけの「おろし蕎麦」は、色々な具材がのった豪華さに惹かれての注文です。
どちらも、ボリュームたっぷりでお腹一杯になる逸品でした。
十割そばは、喉越しの良さが感じられて美味しい♪
田舎蕎麦は、噛みしめると蕎麦の風味が強く感じられる逸品です。
それに鴨の風味が加わって秀逸な味わいとなっています。
一方の「おろし蕎麦」は、蕎麦の風味と具材（薬味）とのバランスを楽しむ逸品です。
鰹節は、風味を損なわないようにと食べる直前、目の前で削って下さいました。
鰹節の香りが鼻腔をくすぐって、食欲を増進させてくれます。
辛み大根がさっぱり感を、刻み海苔が磯の風味をと、様々な風味が加わって楽しい♪
ボリュームもあるので、お腹も十分に満たしてくれました。
今日も美味しいランチをいただきました。
