高崎パスタ発祥の店として有名です。
群馬県内で8店舗展開しています。

イタリアンなおしゃれ内装の店内は、
家族連れやカップルなど多様な客層で賑わっています。
ワインのボトルと一緒にディ・チェコの缶が飾られています。
包み隠さないところが好感です。
選んだメニューは代名詞シャンゴ風。
店名に「風」です。
サイゼ風、スタバ風、マック風、吉〇家風、
そんなメニュー聞いた事ありません。
どんな料理かまったくわかりません。
恐るべし群馬。
パスタはサイズが２種類、SとMがあります。
メニューにSは150g、Mは200gと書いてあります。
これはたぶん茹で前の量です。
Sを頼みましたが見てびっくり。
自分で作った時にはこんな量になった事ありません。
さて、量はともかくシャンゴ風とは
スパゲティにトンカツを乗せミートソースをかけたものです。
釧路名物である泉屋さん発祥のスパカツと同じコンセプトですね。
あちらも大盛りでした。
離れていても、人類考える事も、好きな物も同じです。
少し甘めのソースが思いのほかトンカツに合うんです。
もしピリッとしたのが欲しい方は卓上のハバネロでも加えてください。
なんで全部極端なんですか。
一般的な量の1.5倍であるSと、
サラダとドリンクのAセットで
お腹一杯のごちそうさまですよ。
満腹でレジへ向かいます。
大食い系Youtuberの色紙が連ねます。
なるほどと感心しながら退店です。
