青春18きっぷの期間でしたのでみどりの窓口寄ってまいりました
高崎駅西口（写真）出て目の前の大通りを左に5分程
迷うこともないでしょう
からっ風吹いてなくて良かったぁ！
開店10分後頃に到着しましたが満席でお店に上がる階段で5番目にならびながら前注文を聞かれました
あっという間に階段下まで列はのびてゆきました
20分程で入れましたので良い方でしょうか？
注文はハンブルジョア『Sサイズ』

着席5分程でのご対面です
湯気もうもうで、
普通のパスタ1人前程に手のひら程もある大きなハンバーグが鎮座していて目も気持ちも惹かれます♡
お近くの『Mサイズ』を注文された方を見ましたら見た目がパスタ2人前はありそうでしたので自分にはSで良かったかなとホッ
パスタは細めで1.4mm程のフェデリーニ位
ハンバーグはとても柔らかくてデミ系ミートソースと相まって美味しいです
ハンバーグのソースをパスタに絡めていただくのでSサイズが丁度良いかなぁとも感じました
Mサイズですとハンバーグからソースを落としてパスタにバランス良くと配分に気を使うかもです
店内にはマツコさんと石ちゃんの大きな写真が飾ってありましたが
小さなフレームでご夫妻の若かりし時と北アルプスの涸沢？でしょうか？そっと並んでいたのが印象的でした
『ご馳走さまとても美味しかったです』
とお礼を言うと
『ありがとうございました、階段お気をつけて下さいね』
とおかみさんから笑顔と暖かさもいただきました
