上ロースが想像以上の霜降りで、1枚で終了でした…
まさに脂が口の中でとけていく感じ。
ご飯と共にいただきましたが、それでも厳しいくらいの脂のノリ。
ハラミとかはちょうどよかった！
柔らかいし、塩梅もいいし。
昔はペロリと食べられたのになーといいつつ、同行者とシェアしながら食べてもらっちゃいました。
