平日のお昼に行きました。
野菜天丼ともりそばセット880円を注文しました。
蕎麦は細切りで喉ごしも良く、すごく美味しかったですが、
そばつゆが薄味で、水切りしたての蕎麦を手繰ると少し水っぽく感じました。
野菜天丼は、レンコン、サツマイモ、ピーマン、ニンジン等、主に根菜類で、
舞茸か椎茸のキノコ類が欲しかったです。
天ぷら衣も薄く、からっと揚がっていますが、素揚げ状態で、
もう少し濃い衣で揚げた方が、丼つゆに良く絡んで美味しくなると思います。
