新年あけましておめでとうございます㊗️
本年もどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
不要不急の外出自粛の中ではありますが、実家まで挨拶と達磨をもらいに高崎まで行ってきます。
感染予防のため、滞在時間は最小限にし墓参りと軽く清掃だけして帰宅します。
帰路、昼飯を食べようと考えていたところ、朝鮮飯店が正月営業しているじゃないですか！
冷麺 770円
正月はランチメニューがお休みとのこと。軽く食べようかと思っていたので冷麺を注文します。
今日はパイナップルですか、りんごだったり梨だったりするのですが、パイナップルも美味しいです。
キムチ、卵、チャーシューというシンプルな冷麺ですが、まぁこれが王道なんですよね。
スープは、牛骨のしっかりした味わいです。
麺とスープがベストマッチに仕上がってます。
キムチも浅めのつけ具合のものを使用しています。
半分食べたところで、味変の酢を投入します。
