スープは、出汁、塩味と旨い✨
麺は、若干柔らかめ～
チャーシューは、スープに浸る前に食べる⤴️
肉を噛んだときの堅さ、旨味✨が最高でした!
シナチク2本太くて噛み応え✨があり
美味しかったです❗
