【総合評価】感動する美味さはない。あまり拘りを感じる事が出来なかった。味は悪くないのだが、行列を耐えてまで食するレベルでは無い。
【食べたメニューと感想】
・わんたんそば(醤油)950円
スープは煮干しが強烈で旨味を感じる。サッパリとした醤油も高評価。だがやはり、支那そばというより煮干し蕎麦という感じ。麺自体は美味いのだが、若干茹で過ぎている感じが否めない、もっとアルデンテでも良いと感じた。
チャーシューとワンタンに関しては特筆するべきところは無い。
全体的にもう少しといった印象。。。
・豚角煮ごはん 340円
至って普通の角煮であった。柔らかさに拘るわけでもなく、旨味も通常といった印象。平日限定との事だった。
