高崎まで来たついでに、『割烹霜田』に突撃。
正午頃に入店すると、先客は5,6名。
お昼時とあって、後客は10名近く入ってきました。
気まぐれワンコインの『筍入り豚丼』をオーダー。
カウンターは厨房と近く、こぢんまりとした印象ですね。
そして運ばれてきた『筍入り豚丼』は、シンプルなビジュアル。
豚肉はボリュームがあり、味付けは薄めで優しいです。
ご飯は少なく感じましたが、ワンコインと考えると妥当ですね。
筍がやや大きくて、歯応えがしっかり楽しめました。
春らしい雰囲気を感じさせるメニューでした。
サクッと食べて、撤収。
